About the pilot

PUNE Property is a pilot service for real estate agents in Pune. It lets an agent post properties, get a website and share-ready marketing, and see buyer enquiries. It is free during the pilot and may change.

Who may use it

• Agents: real estate agents we have invited. Your invite and access code are personal; please do not share them.
• Buyers: anyone can browse an agent's website and send an enquiry.

What agents are responsible for

• Post accurate listings: real price, size, location and availability.
• Use real photos of the property, and only photos you have the right to use.
• Follow the law, including RERA registration and display rules where they apply to you.
• Get the owner's and your own consent before a property or your name and phone number is posted on our Facebook or Instagram page.
• Check anything written or suggested by AI before you post or send it. You are responsible for what you publish.

How agents may use buyer data

Buyer details come to you because the buyer asked to be contacted. You may use them only to respond to that enquiry and to help the buyer with real estate. You must not:

• sell, share or publish buyers' details;
• use them for unrelated marketing or spam;
• keep contacting a buyer who has asked you to stop.

No misleading content

Do not post fake or unavailable listings, misleading prices or photos, or anything illegal, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the listings and photos you post. You allow us to store, display and format them so the service can work, including on your website, in the marketing we create for you, and, when you choose, on our social pages.

Removing content and accounts

We may remove listings or suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can stop using the service, and ask us to delete your data, at any time.

Service provided as is

The pilot is provided "as is" and "as available". It may have errors, change or pause without notice. We do not promise a number of enquiries or any result for your business. We do not check listings and are not a party to any deal between an agent and a buyer.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or business losses, such as lost deals or income, arising from using the pilot. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
